I’m a qualified fitness instructor, providing bootcamps or personal training sessions for my clients. I am deeply passionate about fitness and want to share my knowledge and love of this fun, enjoyable art 💪 I am mainly based out of castle Hedingham 🔥😎

My names is Ashley Griffiths, over the last year I’ve developed 2 separate business, that I work and run solely on my own. Bearded Beast Fitness is my very first business, I love teaching and coaching fitness, it’s a deep passion of mine, I feel I have a lot to offer and even nutrition wise, as I was a chef in a previous life! My second business is Ashley’s Garden services, this is my new passion to help transform your garden, working for a professional landscaping firm separately also has given me great experience and brilliant ideas on development and maintaining gardens.

Training with me is a no pressure environment and to me fitness is a passion & a privilege to teach people….
